from Outdated to sophisticated
The original 1980's design quality and aesthetics was transformed into an entertainer's dream.

Set within a high-end Buckhead neighborhood, this home required a refresh that would feel crisp, current, and quietly luxurious while preserving its original character. The exterior had become visually disjointed, with a dated palette and an upper stucco portion that read as separate from the home’s massing. LG Squared responded with a refined material and color strategy, paired with carefully scaled detailing, to create a more cohesive and intentional presence from the street.
Inside, the renovation focused on the home’s primary entertaining core - the kitchen and dining areas - where openness, proportion, and craftsmanship shape daily life. Adjusting window heights, enlarging cased openings, and introducing custom millwork, premium appliances, and refined lighting transformed the spaces into brighter, more connected environments.
Together, the exterior and interior updates establish a more resolved architectural language - enhancing curb appeal, improving function, and bringing a quiet sense of luxury to both everyday living and entertaining.
- Exterior Rebalanced with a fresh roof color, brightened façade, and dark trim to establish contrast and cohesion.
- Upper + Lower Façade Unified to visually integrate the stucco portion with the overall massing.
