Located in Watersound, this home was designed by Jodi Laumer-Giddens prior to forming LG Squared. Surrounded by preserved natural areas and private beachfront, the residence adopts a timeless, regionally grounded architectural language that feels elevated yet unpretentious - comfortable, welcoming, and closely tied to its setting.

Drawing on a refined coastal vernacular, porches, breezeways, and sheltered transitions extend daily life outdoors, while natural materials and soft interior light contribute to a relaxed, retreat-like atmosphere.

Spaces for gathering, arrival, and retreat are carefully balanced within a composition that feels elegant, livable, and enduring.
