Objective & Impact:
LG Squared reimagined this home’s traditional red brick colonial façade through a refined architectural language shaped by color, light, texture, proportion, and material contrast. Non-functional elements were removed, and a custom awning with a new steel and glass door was introduced to define and protect the front entry.The steep front stair system was redesigned to provide a safe ascent from the driveway while creating a distinct architectural feature.
The result is a comprehensive exterior transformation achieved with minimal structural reconstruction - enhancing curb presence, improving accessibility, and establishing a more relevant architectural expression within Buckhead’s high-end residential context.
