FRENCH BUFFET

Objective & Impact:

A vintage oak buffet sourced from a local brocante was thoughtfully reimagined for Jodi and Chris's apartment in France. After fully dismantling the piece, the original finish was stripped and bleach to reveal the natural character of the oak. Jodi mixed a blend of colors to create a color wash - bringing a brighter, more refined presence while honoring the piece’s age and craftsmanship. The hardware was restored and finished by hand, adding a subtle layer of old-world glamour.
