Objective & Impact:

Jodi and Chris's apartment in France had many hidden gems. Once part of the apartment’s glory days as the Grand Salon, the original light fixtures had been long neglected - tarnished, dust-covered, and nearly forgotten. Each fixture was fully disassembled, with more than twenty individual parts cleaned by hand over the course of three days using a non-toxic solution. In the process, what appeared to be brass was revealed to be silver plate. Carefully reassembled and remounted, the fixtures now command the attention they deserve. For a Christmas party, silver candles were lit once again, restoring a touch of the room’s original elegance and celebratory spirit.
