CUSTOM DINING SET

Objective & Impact:

Jodi designed a custom dining table and bench set created for the compact Atlanta condo as a precise solution to a tight footprint. Jodi, alongside her dad, built it with wood scraps from his workshop including pine, Purple Heart and Osage organ wood species. The hardware was also sourced from the family workshop.

To keep the room open and adaptable, the table was intentionally scaled slimmer than standard dining table dimensions, and the benches were designed to nest beneath it for easy circulation. The set moved to the Peachtree Lofts home, proving the value of designing for real life and building to last.
